You know that feeling of walking into a gym with a ton of people and feeling either frustrated and overwhelmed or just awkward? Not being able to get to the equipment you need because a group of people are using it or having someone stare over your shoulder while waiting for you to finish? Trying to stick to your workout routine is hard enough without having these obstacles. Since Gym Pods is a gym that you book and use privately, you will never experience these common frustrations again which will make it easier for you to stick to your fitness routine and reach your goals. Our gym is equipped with all of the equipment you need to do a body building style/strength training based workout. If your goals are to change your body composition through a body building style workout (get bigger glutes, more defined hamstrings, larger biceps, or simply to get stronger), we have all the equipment you will need to reach your goals. There are tons of plates, so unless you’re deadlifting more than 2000lbs, you will find everything you need to achieve your goals. This is not a hotel gym or your apartment style gym - we have commercial grade gym equipment so you can hit every muscle group using the smith machine, cable machine, hip thrust platform, and more.

If you are worried about space availability, we have set-up our mobile app so that you can book as far in advance as you like to ensure you have a time slot that will work for your schedule. You can also schedule reoccurring bookings and the app allows you to easily add these to your calendar so you don’t forget. We also closely monitor space utilization to ensure we have enough available time. Once we feel that we are at max capacity, we only accept new members on a waitlist basis to avoid issues.

A lot of our members are couples, as we allow members to have guests free of charge. We also have a lot of new moms who bring their babies and pet enthusiasts who bring their fur babies.

  • You can opt to book a free single 30 minute session to check out the space in person. Just use the button below so we can gather your info and send you all the details.

  • You will receive an email with all instructions needed to get access to the space. Including our app where you can use the calendar to make a reservation.

  • Once you’ve had a chance to check out the space and get in a workout, do some quick math to determine how many hours a week you will want to workout and then select from our membership options where you use the membership credits in exchange for a booking/session. 1 credit = 30 minute booking. These options will be available in the app and it is super quick and easy to purchase a membership.

FAQs

  • We are always monitoring space utilization . We are very mindful and intentional with the number of members we accept at any give time. Our members have no issues finding availability - the average member uses the space for 30 minutes to 1 hour 2-3 times per week.

  • You can book the space for up to 2 hours per day. You can book in 30 minute increments to allow flexibility in the case you only want to workout 30 minutes some days and others where you need a full 2 hours.

  • Power rack, Peloton Bike+, smith machine, hack squat/leg press combo machine, cable machine, hip abductor machine, lunge machine, barbells and bumper plates, free weights, kettlebells and bands. All of our machines are plate loaded (excluding the cable machine). We want to hear your feedback so if there is something you think we should include in the pod, let us know!

  • Absolutely! Just shoot us an email so we can have your guest(s) sign a waiver.

  • Check out our virtual tour tab to get a quick tour. We don’t offer in-person tours typically since the virtual tour shows the entire space. You can always book a single booking to check the space out before committing to a membership.

  • Yes! We are dog friendly - just make sure you clean up after your furry friend to ensure the space is ready for the next member.
