My partner and I recently moved to Manhattan and were searching for a gym that fit both our budget and workout needs. During our research, we came across Gym Pods and decided to sign up for the loyalty membership. It’s been a great fit for us — the space is clean, neat, and simple, with all the equipment we need for our workouts.
I stopped by today and noticed they recently added a treadmill, which was actually the one thing I had been hoping they would include since joining. That addition made an already great experience even better. We’ve been members for about a month now, and both my partner and I have been very satisfied with everything so far.

This gym is exactly what I have been needing! As a new mom, it is incredibly helpful that I can reserve a time to get a workout in and also bring my baby if I want to. I definitely recommend for anyone with gym anxiety so you aren't worried about anyone watching. I also love that there are multiple membership options so I was able to choose one based on my needs and how often I would be using the space. So happy with my experience at GymPods in Manhattan!!!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Our members have no issues finding availability - the average member uses the space for 30 minutes to 1 hour 2-3 times per week.
You can book the space for up to 2 hours per day. You can book in 30 minute increments to allow flexibility in the case you only need 30 minutes some days and others where you need a full 2 hours.
Power rack, Peloton Bike+, smith machine, hack squat/leg press combo machine, cable machine, hip abductor machine, lunge machine, barbells and bumper plates, free weights, kettlebells and bands. All of our machines are plate loaded (excluding the cable machine).
Yes - we do not charge extra for bringing a guest. Bring a few guests if you like.
Yes! We are dog friendly - just make sure you clean up after your furry friend to ensure the space is ready for the next member.
