Since Gym Pods is a gym that you book and use privately, you will never experience the ever to common gym frustrations again which will make it easier for you to stick to your fitness routine and reach your goals. The act of making a reservation is also a great incentive. In general, you will find it easier to reach your goals without the additional obstacles that are encountered at a traditional gym. You will feel comfortable and at ease.

If your goals are to change your body composition (get more toned, rounder glutes, more defined hamstrings, larger biceps, or simply to get stronger), we have all the equipment you will need to reach your goals. Our equipment will accommodate everyone from the novice to the advanced lifter.

If you are worried about the ability to find time, don’t be. We carefully monitor space utilization and will move membership to a waitlist only basis when we reach max capacity. You can also book the space as far in advance as you like to ensure you get the time you need. You can even make reoccurring reservations and add them to your calendar.

You can either book a free 30 minute visit or go to our membership page and purchase a membership. Once you sign-up, you will receive a welcome email with instructions for downloading the app. You will use the app to make a reservation and check-in to the space when your reservation begins.
You will be surprised how quickly you can complete a workout when you don’t have to wait on equipment.

We are always monitoring space utilization . We are very mindful and intentional with the number of members we accept at any give time. Our members have no issues finding availability - the average member uses the space for 30 minutes to 1 hour 2-3 times per week.

You can book the space for up to 2 hours per day. You can book in 30 minute increments to allow flexibility in the case you only want to workout 30 minutes some days and others where you need a full 2 hours.

Power rack, Peloton Bike+, smith machine, hack squat/leg press combo machine, cable machine, hip abductor machine, lunge machine, barbells and bumper plates, free weights, kettlebells and bands. All of our machines are plate loaded (excluding the cable machine). We want to hear your feedback so if there is something you think we should include in the pod, let us know!

Absolutely! Just shoot us an email so we can have your guest(s) sign a waiver.

Check out our virtual tour tab to get a quick tour. We don’t offer in-person tours typically since the virtual tour shows the entire space. You can always book a single booking to check the space out before committing to a membership.

Yes! We are dog friendly - just make sure you clean up after your furry friend to ensure the space is ready for the next member.

You will receive an email with all instructions needed to get access to the space. Including our app where you can use the calendar to make a reservation.

Once you’ve had a chance to check out the space and get in a workout, do some quick math to determine how many hours a week you will want to workout and then select from our membership options where you use the membership credits in exchange for a booking/session. 1 credit = 30 minute booking. These options will be available in the app and it is super quick and easy to purchase a membership.
