We provide a high-end gym experience that caters to the neurodiverse community, the introverts, and anyone who just doesn’t want to deal with people.

And yes, you will have the entire gym to yourself.

How does it work?

  • After purchasing a membership, you will receive an email with everything you need to get started including instructions for downloading the mobile app.

  • Once you download the app, you can book a time (anywhere from 30 mins to 2 hours) for a private workout - there will be no trainers or staff onsite and no other member will be able to access the space during your scheduled time.

  • You will use the app to check-in at your scheduled start time (note, you will not be able to access the space early). There are QR codes next to each machine with operating instructions.

A UNIQUE GYM EXPERIENCE

Gym Pods is a private bookable mini gym space. Once you grab a membership, you will be able to download our mobile app. Once you have the app, you can find a time that works for you, book anywhere from 30 mins to 2 hours, and then show-up and use the app to gain access to the space for your completely private workout.

This gym experience is totally unique; you will immediately feel at peace and ready to focus. It is equipped with commercial grade gym equipment and designed to uplift your mood. Without having to face social anxiety or deal with the frustration of waiting on equipment, you are setting yourself up for success in sticking to your routine.

FAQs

  • We are always monitoring space utilization . We are very mindful and intentional with the number of members we accept at any give time. Our members have no issues finding availability - the average member uses the space for 30 minutes to 1 hour 2-3 times per week.

  • You can book the space for up to 2 hours per day. You can book in 30 minute increments to allow flexibility in the case you only want to workout 30 minutes some days and others where you need a full 2 hours.

  • Power rack, Peloton Bike+, smith machine, hack squat/leg press combo machine, cable machine, hip abductor machine, lunge machine, barbells and bumper plates, free weights, kettlebells and bands. All of our machines are plate loaded (excluding the cable machine). We want to hear your feedback so if there is something you think we should include in the pod, let us know!

  • Absolutely! Just shoot us an email so we can have your guest(s) sign a waiver.

  • Check out our virtual tour tab to get a quick tour. We don’t offer in-person tours typically since the virtual tour shows the entire space. You can always book a single booking to check the space out before committing to a membership.

  • Yes! We are dog friendly - just make sure you clean up after your furry friend to ensure the space is ready for the next member.

    We love the smith machine for hip thrusts and glute bridges.

    Also great for RDLs, shrugs, rows, and so much more.

    We recommend leaning forward to hit the glutes (if you know, you know).

    We love using this for a glute focused back extension.

    Also referred to as a cable machine.

    This machine can be used for both hack squat and leg press with a few adjustments.
