We have four membership options: Flex, Casual, Loyal, and Dedicated. All memberships come with “free” hours which essentially means you have so many hours of bookable time automatically included with your membership. Any additional time will be paid for on an as needed basis. The price per 30 minutes varies based on membership type.

We are always monitoring space utilization . We are very mindful and intentional with the number of members we accept at any give time. Our members have no issues finding availability - the average member uses the space for 30 minutes to an 1 hour 2-3 times per week. As we accept new members, we will be looking to find people who want to workout during the time slots that are typically available - it is all a balancing act and we are all over this to ensure a good experience for all.

To ensure a top tier experience for our members, we closely monitor space utilization. We will continue to monitor space utilization over the next two weeks. If it appears we are able to accommodate additional members, we will notify everyone on the waitlist on January 26th. At that point, the waitlist members will have the opportunity to apply for membership. Once we reach our max, we will only be able to accept new members when an existing member exits.

You can book the space for up to 2 hours per day. You can book in 30 minute increments to allow flexibility in the case you only want to workout 30 minutes some days and others where you need a full 2 hours.

Power rack, Peloton Bike+, smith machine, hack squat/leg press combo machine, cable machine, hip abductor machine, lunge machine, barbells and bumper plates, free weights, kettlebells and bands. All of our machines are plate loaded (excluding the cable machine). We want to hear your feedback so if there is something you think we should include in the pod, let us know!
